Cristina Wulff is a painter, illustrator, and traditional animator. She has been trained as a traditional artist since she was very young and for the past five years, she has been concentrating on studying as well as experimenting with animation. She is a senior at Bloomfield College currently completing her last semester for her Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in 2D animation. Cristina has done various freelance works designing logos, album artwork, portraits, illustrations, and more for musicians and companies such as Choke, Random, Eamon Dingle, Beyond FX, Chics Tri, and Media Doll Productions. She has recently completed a collection called “Insra” which includes two watercolor paintings along with a two minute hand drawn and painted surrealistic ballet. In her free time Cristina’s likes to paint and experiment with animation involving the more traditional techniques such as 2D, stop motion, cutout, clay, and chalkboard animation as well as puppet-making for animation. Cristina is currently building a multi-plane camera as well as two animated short films.
