Everyone was asking for you.
\nI won\u2019t forget<\/p>\n
the sheen their waiting held
\nor your absent silhouette.<\/p>\n
I would have readily bent
\nto your celestial frame<\/p>\n
had I lent myself to your peerage,
\nthe wolfskin, the beam.<\/p>\n
Where was last summer?
\nThe inquisitive eyes of trees?<\/p>\n
Where the new moon? The map?
\nHow the attired dream<\/p>\n
attracted you like lodestone.
