After unpinning me from the wall, head, heart, knees, feet,
\nThe left behind nail holes make a constellation of me.
\nUnder whose sky I walk out.<\/p>\n
Buzzards with their cogged wing tips gear their way
\nIn lazy circles over me;
\nThe stench of my mortality rising into the air.<\/p>\n
Even after the sky has been overwhelmed
\nWith your lights and your smog;
\nEven after you have retold over and over again
\nThe myth of my creation,<\/p>\n
I still look down and ponder how it is
\nThat I have been forgotten, but cannot forget.<\/p>\n
