Lane is the author of the experimental biography <em>Hugo Ball and the Fate of the Universe<\/em> (Jokes Literary, 2020), as well as the poetry collections <em>A Cat is not a Dog <\/em>(The Alien Buddha, 2021) and <em>Dad During Deer Season<\/em> (<em>the winnow<\/em>, 2022).
